The Philippines Association for Chinese Studies (PACS), in cooperation with Chinese Studies Program and Department of Political Science of Ateneo de Manila University, is pleased to invite you to attend the 4th Carlos Chan Lecture Series on Philippines-China Relations. This will be held on October 1, 2019, at 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Leong Hall Auditorium, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City.
The lecture, which will coincide with the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, will feature the talk of Dr. Wilfrido Villacorta on the topic, “Understanding China’s International Behaviour”.
